How can I keep myself from falling asleep during an all-nighter? - all nighter woodstove

I am in school. The last time I tried a watch all night, I overslept and missed school. I do it all the time though.

PAN can never worked for me too. I do not know why you do watch all night, but if you have time to be sleeping in all the best time seems right, just before you go to school.
Some people use stimulants such as coffee, their needs, but most of stimulants have an unavoidable accident. 5-hours of energy is one that no accidents have claimed, but I tried it once and do not agree.
A lot of noise impact, like playing heavy metal music or something to stay, help them, too.
It will keep going all the lights.
Having snacks, a lot of energy, like energy bars to help, etc.,.
The practice makes it difficult to sleep.
After a cold shower.
Stay on your feet.
Go out into the cold.
Anything you can think of now.
When all night long for the school, I suggest alternating between studying for a period of time and then do an activity to stay awake. For example, you could try to alternate between reading 2 pages of a manual, then do 10 jumping jacks.

A nap of 15-30 minutes is a nap in a "power" well known and does the job. I have used (20 minutes) and many medical students have all this technology to start a sleepless night. You need a powerful alarm to wake you up and make you rest in your thoughts during the afternoon. Do not make it to bed, otherwise the risk of sleeping all night, when I run sheepishly learned through experience. Do not miss the alarm, you are sitting or the dream of every 8 hours at his desk. It is too inconvenient.

I also tried, 5 - Time for Energy and Red Bull works better for me after a nap. The coffee is also good .. So it does not like how it makes me go to the toilet frequently diuretic. You can also short (3 minutes) jumps to activate blood circulation.

You can not. It's much better to take "power naps" try to go through. 3 hours, all the lights and fall alarm for 15 minutes. We retain more of what is learned and can go from a long time ago.
