Recipe for red snapper fish? - snapper fish recipes
I have a small steak (125g) red snapper fish. What can I do? I do not want something that takes time, and nothing too fancy, like a curry or pasta.

You're lucky, one of the most beautiful fish. It is expensive here (NJ) is one of my favorites. The best way to prepare, it is easy to hold because it is very sensitive. Toast under the broiler for a few minutes with olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh dill. Put a touch of lime in it before serving. . YUM!

Steam can with a few pieces of ginger and plums, cherries, even if you want ..
Steam for 5-6 minutes and you're done ..
Acidity of plum and ginger spicyness is really delicious ...
